I have a thin face; would it be okay for me to get a lifting procedure?
I am looking into lifting procedures due to facial sagging, but I have one concern, so I would like to ask a question. I don't have much fat on my face to begin with, so I have very little cheek fat. However, as I have aged, my jawline has started to sag a bit, and the area around my mouth has begun to look droopy. I am considering getting a lift, but I am wondering if choosing the wrong procedure could actually make my face look sunken or older, especially if I have very little facial fat.
When I search online, I find there are so many different types of lifting procedures—such as ultrasound, radiofrequency, and thread lifting—and I get even more confused because each has its own advantages and disadvantages. I would also like to know which lifting method is generally considered when one simply wants to improve sagging. In particular, I am curious if there are any procedures to avoid or precautions to take for people with less facial fat.
If anyone has actually undergone a face lift while having very little facial fat, please share your experience regarding which procedure you chose and what the results were. It would also be very helpful if you could let me know what essential questions to ask during the consultation.
