Is it okay for someone with little cheek fat to get a lifting procedure? Won't it make the face look even more sunken?

I don't usually have much cheek fat, so I'm hesitant about getting a lifting procedure. I want my facial elasticity to improve and my jawline to be more defined, but I'm worried that after the procedure, my cheeks might look even thinner or my face might appear sunken, making me look older.

For those of you who actually received lifting procedures like Shurink, Volneumer, Ulthera, Thermage, or InMode while having thin cheeks, were you satisfied? I am curious whether your facial contours were naturally enhanced, or if you felt disappointed because it felt like your volume was reduced.

I would like to know if the treatment intensity, number of shots, or treatment area can be adjusted if I mention during the consultation that I have a face shape with little cheek fat. In particular, please let me know if it is advisable to avoid the deep cheeks or the front cheeks, and if there are any specific points I should definitely confirm during the consultation.
