(Question) How effective is the All-Tight lifting?

I am currently thin in face, but I am hesitant about getting a lifting procedure. I heard that getting a lift on someone with no facial fat could lead to severe cheek hollowing, so I did some research and found out that All Tight Lifting is suitable. I am curious to hear reviews from people who have actually undergone All Tight Lifting. Did people with very little facial fat really not experience any cheek hollowing? What are the effects after the procedure? Were there any side effects? How many sessions are required? How much pain is involved? I would also like to know the approximate cost of the procedure.
