I am considering laser treatment for my Indian wrinkles.

I'm worried because the Indian wrinkles at the inner corners of my eyes are looking more prominent.
Even when I don't smile, I have a sunken look like a shadow, so I feel like I look tired and older for no reason.
Even if I cover it with makeup, it shows up again under lighting or when I smile, so lately I've been considering laser or filler treatments.
It shows up even better, especially when I take photos of myself smiling, so I end up editing my photos frequently.
I am wondering if Indian wrinkles can be improved with laser alone.
I also want to know if I need to get fillers along with it to get that natural-looking plumping effect.
I'm also worried that if I do it wrong, it might look unnatural when I smile.
I am also curious about how long the swelling or bruising tends to last.
