When is the best time to start a lifting procedure when skin elasticity is decreasing?

Lately, I feel like my cheeks sag when I smile, and I'm worried because it seems like my facial elasticity has decreased overall.

I've heard that starting a lifting procedure too early isn't very effective, and that the results diminish if you wait too long, so I'm not sure about the timing.

I'm in my early 30s, and I'm wondering if now is the right time to start, or if I should wait a little longer.

I'm also confused about which comes first, laser lifting or thread lifting.

I'm worried that I might start rashly, end up spending money, and not see any results...
