With Juvelook, when do I notice my skin improving after the procedure?

I am looking into Juvelook because of my skin texture.
I'm confused because when I look at the reviews, some people say they saw immediate results, while others say they need time to see results.
I tend to notice even the slightest change in my skin right away.
If there is no change for a while after the procedure, I think I would feel like I just wasted my money.
Especially when it comes to things like skin texture, visible changes might be ambiguous.
I wonder if I should wait a few weeks.
