I went to a nearby hospital for treatment just in case, after slightly twisting my ankle while visiting a friend's house.

Although it was my first visit, the doctor carefully examined my ankles and feet and said it was okay to this extent. Still, just in case, they securely wrapped my foot with a regular bandage and told me to take good care of it for the day. I followed their advice and managed well that day, and the next day, I really didn't feel much pain.
