Every time we visit, the director greets us with a smile and listens attentively to my husband's story. I've gone in with him several times, and he never shows any signs of annoyance and explains everything thoroughly. The director always makes us feel comfortable, so while there may be a bit of a wait, the waiting area is spacious and has plenty of chairs, making it comfortable.
