Do you also recommend teeth whitening to others?

Are you recommending against teeth whitening because of discomfort or lack of effectiveness?

요즘 치아미백 많이 하세요. 그런데 치아가 보기에 정정말변색이 많이 됐다 생각하시면 하시면 되세요. 효과도 괜찮고 치과에서도 미관상 보기 안 좋으면 하라고 추천하더라구요
