The implant gap is open.

It's been quite a while since I got the implant. The last molar on the right is an implant. The gap next to it keeps widening. I often have trouble because food gets stuck in the gap.

It's not just once or twice. Sometimes the gap is too wide to be resolved even with interdental brushes. Implants are permanent, so should I do it again? I'm also concerned about the cost, so I'm hesitant to redo it.
