Should I visit another dental clinic?

Hello, I am currently experiencing tooth pain, so I was told to get an extraction and an implant. One tooth is already missing.

One is sick, but I was told I need to make a separate appointment for the extraction, so I asked about the cost and overall details.

There are differences between dental clinics, so I don't know which one to choose.

There are two places for implants, upper and lower.

Some places say you only need to implant a bone graft underneath.

Some places say that both bone grafts need to be implanted separately.

I'm really 고민ing because the estimates are different for the two of us.

Should I go to another dental clinic too??ㅠT
