Gaps between teeth issue

Currently, both lower molars have been extracted.

I don't have enough time to get an implant right now, so I'm just getting by. Is that the reason? It looks like there's a slight gap between my teeth, and tartar is building up there. Usually, tartar accumulates in hidden areas on the back side rather than the front, especially between the lower teeth.

Since it opens, you can also see yellow tartar.

Is continuous scaling the only solution in this case?

If I brush my teeth diligently again, the problem disappears, but if I let my guard down for a moment, it comes back, and it bothers me a bit.
