How do you take care of your teeth after getting implants?

The groom's molar and the front of the molar on the opposite side

I got an implant, but food got stuck in between.

They say they are always worriedㅜㅜ

It's somewhat okay at home, but outside...

They say it's hardㅜㅜ

I always use interdental brushes, but only with that.

They say there's no freshness, but not with interdental brushes.

Is there no other good way?
