(Concern) Worry about post-orthodontic care

(고민) 치아교정 후 관리 고민입니다

My orthodontic treatment has finally finished.

How do you all manage your care after orthodontic treatment?

There is a wire attached behind the teeth, so maintenance is not easy.

Did everyone also wear the immobilizer device in the photo for 24 hours?

I only want to do it when I sleep.. Where should I store it when I'm not wearing it? In a case? Soaking it in water?

I'm curious about how everyone is doing.

저도 치아 교정을 잘 해봐서 아는데요. 일단 이 유지기는 매일매일 잘 때만이라도 착용하셔야 합니다 그래야 치열이 최대한 흐트러지지 않게 유지할 수 있습니다 쓰지 않을 때에는 꼭 물을 담가두지 않아도 돼요. 갖고 계신 케이스에 보관하셔도 괜찮습니다

치아교정 후에 많이 고민되시겠네요. 치아교정은 교정도 중요하지만 관리가 더 중요합니다. 그래도 교정기 끼시는걸 추천드립니다. 그래야 치아건강 지킬 수 있어요

치아 교정 후 유지장치 잘해주는게 매우 중요해요. 교정 전 상태로 돌아가려는 성질이 아직 남아있어요. 유지장치는 밤에만 끼셔도 되구요. 케이스 넣어 보관하시면 되구요.
