You will need to get the implant again, right?

I recently got an implant on my lower left molar, but the upper molar is a bit loose, so I can't use the left side. They also say I should get an implant on the upper molar. After doing that, I'm worried I might need to do the tooth in front of it as well. I'm hesitating continuously, but is it correct to proceed quickly?
