Implant maintenance period

I need to get implants on both molars.

How long will the effect last after one use?

As long as you take good care of it, you won't have to do it again for a lifetime.

Can I use this?

I'm curious if anyone has had an implant and tried again. Also, I have severe dental anxiety; is it possible to do it under sedation?
