At what age is orthodontic treatment recommended?

From what I remember, when I had orthodontic treatment as a child

I remember the period being much longer..

These days, procedures have improved, so I wonder if things have changed a bit.

Some people say you should do it when you become an adult.

Some people say it's good to do it early on.

I'm curious about which one is correct.

Getting orthodontic treatment at the youngest possible age seems to be the best.ㅠㅠ
