Are implants used for a lifetime? How to maintain them regularly?
Because my gums were weak, I had a tooth extracted and eventually received an implant in my mid-30s.
It has been in good use for a relatively long period so far.
According to my internet search, they consider about 10 years as the basic lifespan.

Although the lifespan of an implant is generally about 10 years, it is difficult to definitively say so.
According to foreign research papers, cases of using implants without any abnormalities for 25 to 30 years have been reported.
There is a report stating that the success rate can be over 80% and that it can be used for more than 15 years.

I also looked into this kind of information.
If properly maintained, can it be considered semi-permanent?
I'm most worried because my gums are weak.
How do you specifically take care of your teeth and gums if you have implants?
