I'm curious about dental implants.

I couldn't take care of my teeth when I was young, so I had to have my last molar extracted.

The doctor at the time said I would regret it when I got older, but I still don't feel any discomfort yet.

Is it because as I get older and my teeth weaken, the importance of having none becomes more apparent?

Is it okay to get an implant at the moment when it's needed?

I'm curious whether doing it even when there's nothing immediate to regret will make a difference.

I'm wondering if the lack of teeth is also affecting my gums... I'm curious about that too.
