After implant placement

There is a gap between my implant and the adjacent tooth, and food keeps getting stuck there. I use interdental brushes every time I eat, but it’s really inconvenient.

Using interdental brushes while brushing isn't too uncomfortable, but when I eat, especially when I eat meat and it gets stuck, it hurts, so I have to go use the interdental brush during meals. Sometimes it bleeds as well.

Do I need to fill the gap?

It's neither a cavity nor pain, so I don't go to the hospital.
