Is it necessary to get an implant for the uppermost molar?
2024.08.11 16:49
My periodontitis was so severe that I eventually had the upper back molar extracted. The dentist recommended bone grafting and implants. However, I don't experience much discomfort when chewing or eating. Also, one of my acquaintances said that it's not necessary to get an implant for the upper back tooth. It's the third large molar, number 28. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Do I really need to get an implant?
