(Concern) Implant

I went to the dentist recently because I had a toothache.

They say the tooth is severely decayed and the root has decayed.

If it gets worse, they said I might have to extract the tooth and get an implant. For now, they said they will try root canal treatment first and do their best to avoid implants.

However, I hear that teeth treated with nerve therapy can't be used for long anyway, so I'm 고민ing whether I should get an implant early.
