(Concern) Aichia orthodontics

This is a twenty-year-old child now.

As the permanent teeth came in, the front teeth became large and slightly protruded like buck teeth. They have receded a lot as they grew, so they are not very noticeable now, but the person seems to be concerned about it.

Is orthodontic treatment beneficial or not? There are no cavities.
