Should I get an implant?

I have always been concerned about my dental health because my gums are naturally weak.

Recently, my condition worsened a bit, so I visited the dentist and heard about implants.

I don't think I can afford the cost or the treatment process of the implant, so I can't bring myself to do it.

I think it would be best to first find a better hospital and seek consultation.

Would it be better to go to a larger hospital than the local dental clinic I usually visit?

Because it requires long-term treatment, I don't feel confident easily.
