(Concern) Timing of orthodontic treatment for early elementary school children

My molars are growing crookedly, lying misaligned. When I go to the kids' dental clinic, they say I need braces when I grow up.

The place I am currently going to is a kids' dental clinic, and they do everything, but I am wondering if I should find a specialized orthodontic dental clinic separately. I also visited another kids' orthodontic specialist clinic, and they said they could do it right away.

Did you have your child's orthodontic treatment at a specialized orthodontic dental clinic or at a regular dental clinic you regularly visit?
