(Question) My gums swell up only on that dayㅠㅠ

I have very severe menstrual cramps, so I take painkillers during my period. Usually, I take two bottles of 10 pills each per month.

But since when, every time I have my period, the gums on both sides of my molars swell up, making it even more difficult when I'm already feeling unwell.

It's hard to even eat anything, you know.

I'm not sure if it's because my tooth hurt that day and my body became weak, or if it's a side effect of the painkiller.

Are there any people with symptoms like mine?!
