I'm curious about how many sessions are needed to complete whitening, as it doesn't happen all at once, and whether whitening causes increased tooth sensitivity or other discomforts.

I'm wondering if I can receive the procedure at a general dental clinic or if I need to go to a specialized dental clinic separately.
