Hello! I have some questions regarding the dental department~~
It is also a correctional appliance (with a retention device attached), and since there is a triangle, plaque tends to accumulate easily.
I don't visit the dentist regularly, but I go once a year for a cleaning.
But I think tartar builds up too often to go only once a year...
I think going about twice a year is just right, but would getting scaling done frequently be bad for my gums?
It seems like the triangle is getting bigger, and the more it does, the more plaque seems to accumulate...
I try to brush carefully, but plaque still builds up easily, and I'm worried. I don't know how often I should get scaling done.ㅠ
