Which company's implants are good?

All my teeth are decayed, and most of my molars are covered with gold crowns. Recently, while eating roasted rice cakes, one of my gold crowns fell out. I visited the hospital to have it re-cemented, but they said that my remaining teeth are decaying and wobbly, so I need to get implants. For now, they said they will put a gold crown back on, and if it falls out again, I should consider getting an implant then. I asked about the cost, but I’m not sure whether I should do it here or look into other places.
