Wisdom tooth extraction dilemma

One of my wisdom teeth is decayed and hurts a lot.

I have a dental appointment scheduled, but I'm unsure whether to get an extraction or cavity treatment. Which do you think is better?

As you get older, each tooth becomes precious, even if you take good care of them.

Wisdom teeth are located at the very back, so brushing might be difficult... I'm worried because I heard there is a cavity.

Is it very painful to have a tooth extracted?

Wisdom teeth are pulled out when they hurt. It's better to remove them than to save them, right?

ㅂ발치를 하는게 좋지 않을까요?
사랑니 충치 생기면 그 옆 이로 옮겨 간다 하니깐요.

사랑니는 제일 안쪽이라 관리하기힘들어요. 어금니까지 같이 썩기전에 뽑는게 좋을거같아요

썩어서 아플정도면 발치하는게 낫지 않나요?
저는 오래전에 발치했는데 필요없는 이빨이라해서 멀쩡해도 다 뽑아버렸어요

이미 썩었으면 뽑을수 있을때 뽑는게 낫지 않을까요? 치료해도 나중되어서 또 문제를 일으키는 경우도 있더라구요 ㅠ

썩었음 뽑아야되요.
냄새가 심하게나고 잇몸도 안좋아져요.
잘하는곳 전문치과 가셔야되요.
