Concern) I have a toothache but don't know the cause ㅠ

My tooth is sore and throbbing, it hurts so much ㅠ

I've been to several dental clinics, but I have no cavities.

It seems there are no issues even when taking a dental X-ray.

But when the pain is really severe, I have to take painkillers.

At the last dental clinic, they mentioned that there might be a crack in the filling.

But I can't see it with my eyes..ㅠ

If the pain continues, they told me to treat the painful tooth and put a crown.

Has anyone experienced tooth pain like me, even though I don't have cavities?ㅠ
