Is it okay to get braces in my mid-20s?

I wasn't thinking about orthodontics, but lately I've been wondering if I should do it.

These days, almost everyone has orthodontic treatment, so they have straight teeth.

It looks relatively crooked.

I think they finish it around middle and high school.

Can I do it after becoming an adult?

Is there any discomfort?
