My gums are bleeding.

My gums keep bleeding whenever I brush my teeth or do any oral hygiene.

Why is there bleeding? Is it because my gums are in poor condition?

And I don't know what to do in such situations.

Even when I do gargling, if the gums swell or bleed, actually

My throat feels sore after gargling, but I'm not sure if it's effective or not.
