My teeth are a mess..

Is there anyone who has had an implant??

My teeth are in bad shape, so I plan to start going to the dentist diligently in three months after getting dental insurance.

An implant is when a screw is inserted into the gums.

My teeth are a mess, so I wonder if they will do the procedure exactly as it is... or if they will change the position a little... maybe do some orthodontics. I'm curious.
