Recently, my gums have become weak, causing pain and sometimes bleeding, which worries me. I try to brush immediately after meals, but if I have an urgent meeting, I often do it later. This might be affecting my gum pain. Also, my gums sometimes feel tender, and they bleed at times, so I'm concerned. There are over-the-counter mouthwashes and toothpastes related to gum health; would they be helpful?
