Implant side effects

It can't really be called an implant complication, but inflammation keeps occurring at one implant site, so even after placing the implant, I often can't chew on that side.

At the hospital, they said it has nothing to do with implants and that it's inflammation in the gums. They treated the inflammation and prescribed medication, and it returned to normal after a few days. However, since this happens again afterward, I wonder if I had the implant done incorrectly. Has anyone had a similar experience?
