A dental concern without unnecessary treatment

I'm worried about unnecessary dental treatments.

No matter how well I manage, my teeth keep deteriorating.

Since I moved, the dental clinic I used to go to is far away, so I need to switch, but excessive treatment is a big concern.

Once a tooth is cut, it cannot be restored, so it must be truly cut and filled.

Or I worry that it might be excessive treatment.

They tell me to visit various places, but since I'm not an expert, I honestly don't understand.

Moreover, they tell me to go here and there, but I don't have enough time.

요즘에는 과잉진료 안하는 곳을 찾기 힘들정도로 대부분 과잉진료 하는 곳이 많아요ㅠ 처음에 방문하시면 바로 치료받지 마시고 상담부터 받아보세요. 상담을 받아보시면서 되도록이면 자연치아를 살리시려는 의사선생님께 치료를 받아보세요. 그리고 성인이면 대부분 충치가 멈추거든요. 흔히 말하는 1,2급정도 충치는 성인이되면 더이상 진행되지 않아요. 안 그런경우도 있기는 하지만.. 충치진행도는 사람마다 다르거든요. 그런의미로 너무 작은 충치도 치료하자는 병원도 과잉진료라고 보시면 될거 같아요. 전체적인 검진을 받으시면서 의사선생님이 어떻게 설명하시고 어떤 치료하시려는지 자세히 들어보시면 될거 같아요~ 부디 좋은 병원 찾으시길 바랄께요^^
