If the cavity is small after cavity treatment, fill it with resin.

If the area is large, it is covered with a crown.

If all your teeth are extracted but the molars or other teeth are still alive, you should use dentures.

Implants are used when the teeth cannot be restored to the root at any point or when molars are missing and dentures cannot be worn.
