My personal dental care method is to rinse my mouth with water after waking up and perform oil pulling with coconut oil for within 15 minutes. After meals, I brush my teeth with Puridenti toothpaste, which contains 99% pure silver, propolis, xylitol, and a complex formulation. Since my teeth have many gaps, I use Medimate interdental brushes, and I get a scaling once a year.
