My personal dental care

Since I was young, I haven't properly taken care of my teeth, so they are not in good condition. After getting implants and going through some difficulties, I am now paying more attention to them.

As I age, my teeth gaps have widened, and food debris gets stuck easily.I use a toothbrush and also use a tongue cleaner because of the smell, but I think the oral irrigator is most effective for finishing. It leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clear.
