Implant usage period

Should I say the usage period??

I don't know what to say.

I don't think implants are meant to be used permanently.

I'm curious about how much use is needed before I should replace it~~

I see that they haven't replaced it yet among acquaintances.

I do use it well.

Sometimes I hear that I need to go tighten the screws.

Not like that, don't manage it that way.

How long is the usage period?

I'm 고민 whether I should get an implant or not.

If the usage is brief, I plan to not use it and endure.

I've been enduring without getting an implant for three years now.
