Is sleep implant anesthesia okay?

I'm thinking about getting a dental implant~

 

They say that if you get a dental implant, you will need to be put under general anesthesia.

 

There are advantages to sleep anesthesia, but there are also disadvantages, so I think it needs to be checked.

 

I want to get dental implants because I'm scared....
