Congenital malformation

I have a congenital absence of permanent teeth. I plan to use my primary teeth until they fall out, then remove them and get implants. Recently, my primary teeth have been causing trouble. No matter how well I take care of them, primary teeth tend to have short roots, so they seem to deteriorate quickly. Since these are upper teeth, I think bone grafting might also be necessary. Has anyone had an implant procedure with a similar case to mine? The space is large, and I am very worried.
