(Concern) Are people who have been using implants for a long time doing well?

Since it was my first implant at a young age and it was a molar, I thought about it a lot and decided to have it done at a university hospital.

It has already been 15 years.

Even eating something slightly harder with the implant area feels very uncomfortable and there's also some pain.

They say the lifespan of an implant is 10 years.

Are there any users who have been using it for a long period?

Does anyone know what to do with a failed implant?
