I'm worried about my husband's dental implant. ㅠ

I have a lot of cavities, but my gums are healthy, so I have no information at all about implants.

My husband doesn't have any cavities, so he's worse at dental care than me, isn't that funny?

But as I get older, my gums tend to get worse.

And after scaling, the tartar is removed, creating a gap between the teeth.

I could see that my gums were gradually receding even with my own eyes.

I also had inflammation in my gums, so I received treatment for the inflammation at the dentist.

While treating the inflammation, the doctor also mentioned that the tooth might fall out soon.

It would be nice if you could take better care of it~

Since it's not my tooth, I can't manage it, and I don't know how bad the condition is, so I can't help.

They don't tell me anything in detail even when I ask.

Then, a year ago in the fall, we went on a family trip to Jeju Island.

But she said she hasn't been feeling well since two days before the trip.

Even when they try to go to the dentist, they say they can't find the time, so they just buy medicine from the pharmacy.

First, I plan to make a reservation to visit the dentist after I return from Jeju Island.

From my perspective, I thought I would be okay if I took medication, but I couldn't even have a drink at the travel destination and wasn't feeling well, so there are no smiling photos.

Even though I took medicine, I was still in pain, so I endured it ㅠㅠ

Visited the dentist right after the trip and had an extraction!!

And I was told I need to undergo implant surgery in about six months.

But!!

I still have no intention of getting implants even after almost a year.

I believe the lower molar was extracted.

They don't listen even when I tell them to make a dental appointment ㅠㅠ

It's not even my child, but I have to do it on my own, and it makes me worry.

I have no information at all about implants, so I'm just frustrated ㅠㅠ

My question is~

  1. Is it okay to leave the lower molar extracted for a long time?
  2. How can people with gum problems manage their oral health to delay the need for extraction by others?
  3. Is corn silk really good for gums? Does it actually help?
  4. What can I do to help my husband?
  5. Implants vary greatly in price and come in many types. Which one would be appropriate?
  6. Since implants are also surgery, I'm a bit worried. Is it okay to have the procedure done at a local dental clinic?
  7. I live in Daegu, and I would like a recommendation for an implant hospital in Daegu.

It's not my tooth, so I don't really know what's going on right now, and even when I ask, I don't get a good explanation, and I don't go to the hospital, so it's just frustrating.

Maybe they are postponing it because implants cost a lot of money.

Please leave many comments.

Thank you in advance.^^
