Is inflammation treatment effective after an implant?

Currently, I have inflammation in my body, so I tend to get cavities easily or have a strong odor from my gums.

I'm unable to get an implant because I think the inflammation will worsen afterward. I also think it will be very expensive. I'm also worried that the neighboring teeth might be affected after the implant.

Will it be okay..?
