A wisdom tooth with a cavity

Is it a cavity that has formed in the wisdom tooth partially emerging outside the gum?

Part of the center appears black.

There is no pain, and it doesn't feel cold.

I have never received dental treatment because I developed cavities after birth. If I leave it untreated, the cavities will worsen and spread to other molars, so I think I should go to the dentist.
