What should I do if I cannot get implants on both sides?

Both upper molars are candidates for implants.

I am currently using both with temporary fillings. At least one side is in a state where I can chew slightly harder food.

I have been chewing only on the left side for a very long time, and as a result, this side has become very weak and foreign substances get stuck there.

It looks like we need to get an implant on this side first.

So I had to chew on the other side for a few months, but I hardly used the right side.

I did occasionally chew soft things like rice, but I hardly ever chewed. Because I was relatively weak.

I can't do both at the same time, so which one should I do first?
