Why do I feel more nervous lying in a dentist's chair?

It is fine when entering the hospital.

But the moment I lay down on the chair, I suddenly felt nervous.

I thought that was just me, but my friend says it is.

It is psychological, but don't you feel a sense of fear from the dental chair that is uniquely different from other hospitals?
