How often do you all get scaling done?

I need to go to the dentist, but I keep postponing itㅠ

It's been over a year since I had my scaling doneㅠ

I have to go and receive it, but that shot is so scary.

I've heard there are places that do it with something like anesthetic spray, so I should look into it.
